Nine firings, the most Prieto has taken a piece through, and the tallest vessel she has made.

Plane ash is unstable and hers ran further than expected at every stage. By the seventh firing the glaze had reached the shelf and she was firing with a sacrificial disc under the foot. The pooled foot is 24 mm at its deepest.
