Slow Weather VII

The seventh panel in the sequence and one of the last to be finished before the exhibition was hung.

Krohn hangs the series in the order it was made and refuses to date individual works beyond the year, so the numeral is the only position marker available. It is not a title in any meaningful sense.

Around thirty-four passes. The upper edge holds a faint cool cast that Krohn attributes to the studio rather than the pigment: the panel spent its final six weeks against a north-facing wall and she was mixing to the light that reached it there.
