Gallery Borry at Art Basel Paris 2026, booth C14
Booth announcement for Art Basel Paris, pairing four grey canvases by Wies Doorn with new work by Ilse Krohn, Yolanda Prieto and Sona Petrosyan.

Gallery Borry will present at Art Basel Paris from 22 to 25 October 2026, Grand Palais, booth C14.
The presentation pairs four canvases by Wies Doorn, dated 1963, 1966, 1967 and 1969, with new work by Ilse Krohn, Yolanda Prieto and Sona Petrosyan. It is the first time work from the Doorn estate has been shown outside the Netherlands.
The pairing is not chronological and is not framed as an influence argument. Doorn worked in grey for nine years and stopped. Krohn has been sanding pigment out of a chalk ground for eleven and has not. What the booth sets up is a question about duration, which is the only thing the four artists in it have in common.
